6,9 56' 4150? ..' -.. 41 Lite is what We choose to make it -just this and nothing more. However, the class of 1941, endowed with a spirit of inexhaustible energy and ambition, true to the symbolic white rose and its colors green and White, has made its life within the portals of B. H. S. worth while and memorable. This year under the leadership of the class officers, Karl Scheyhing, president, Margaret Greene, vice president, Pauline Smith, secretaryg Clarence Overs, treasurer, and the executive committee, Thomas Newsham, Elsa Ceuleers, Mary Ann Cornwell, and Robert Beehler, the senior class has put over a successful magazine campaign, decorated the auditorium for Christ- mas, sponsored the Alumni Dance, and pre- sented a three-act comedy. Aided primarily by Velda Stotter and Millie Motta, they published the yearbook. Most representative oi the spirit of '4l are the class officers and executive committee, the editors and managers of the Baconian stali, Kitty Morris, the Winner of the D. A. R. achieve- ments award, and the honor students.
