It is not darkness you are going to, ‘ for God is Light. It is not lonely, for Christ is with you. It is not an unknown country, for Christ is there. Charles Kingsley Harold F. Anderson Ralph Johnson

I would like to thank those people who worked many long hours to complete and make this yearbook possible. Thanks also goes to those who gave me the faith and courage to edit this book. Many times the going was rough and it looked as if there would be no annual. It was during these times that I wanted to give up but some were always there to give me an extra push, telling me I could do it and then standing behind me. A final thanks goes to the merchants who really made this annual possible by helping to finance it, to the administrators and faculty of BHS, for their cooperation and help, to Mr. Laing, who took all individual and group pictures, to Mr. Elliot for his understanding and patience in advising our staff. Within these pages you will find memories relived in pictures of the past year at BHS. The comments contained are to help you understand what each organization does. As I leave BHS I find a tear in my eye. Everyone has been so helpful in forming our foundation for life. Good luck and best wishes to the yearbook staff and graduation class of 1970. 3 Yvonne Anderson Editor
