Settvrn. @Ca4A On a bright September morning in 1952, twenty-seven eager and willing freshmen entered Bridger High School. At our first class meeting we elected: Patty Delmonica, president; Jean Parker, vice president; Mary Stiert, secretary; Genevieve Lollar and Leonard Harding, student council. We chose Miss Betty Lang as our class sponsor. After initiation (remembered chiefly for cake coloring) we enjoyed our first high school function, a party sponsored for us by the sophomore class. At the beginning of the sophomore year we lost five of our class- mates and acquired only one. This year we elected Genevieve Lollar, president; Arnold Geiger, vice president; Shirlene Parker, secretary; Patty Delmonica and Bob Sticka, student council members. Our sponsor was Miss Ruby Mitchell. Initiation of the freshmen resulted in many lively and humerous in- cidents. Our junior year proved to be a busy one and we were ably guided by Leonard Harding, president; Bob Lowman, vice president; Donna Bliss, secretary; Shirlene Parker and Arnold Geiger as student council members. New students this year were Marlene Taylor, Linda Peters, and Gene Koch. We chose a comedy, Parents are Like That for our junior play which was directed by Mr. T. Cypher. The success of the play was celebrated by a cast-crew party following the final performance. Our next major project was the Junior-Senior Banquet. By close co-operation, lots of hard work and tactful guidance on the part of Mr. Cypher, we staged a very enjoyable and successful banquet. The Junior Prom immediately following the banquet was the high point of the evening. Class members spent many hours decorating the gymnasium to carry out the theme Deep Purple. Athletically, we were also active, as the Junior Underdogs completed the Intermural Basketball Tournament as champs. At last we were almighty seniors, starting our senior year with twenty-one class members. For a busy year we chose a proven leader, Genevieve Lollar, president; Gene Koch, vice president; Jean Parker, secretary; Patsy Templin and Bob Lowman, for student council. Mr. Werner with a sense of humor and lots of patience served us as class sponsor. Then wedding bells took Cathy Zentner and Uncle Sam put his claim on Bill Lowman. We were entertained in February by the Bridger Woman's Club. A galloping goose banquet was enjoyed by class members and sponsor. A comedy-mystery play The Skeleton Walks was selected for our Senior Play. The Mardi Gras served as a theme for our Senior Ball. Graduation on May 23, 1956, ended our high school career. 16

I, KEN BERRY, will my ability to fall asleep during class to Sharon Gallagher and Ida Graham. I, JUNE BIEBER, will my quiet ways and slim figure to Kitsie Swan and Lorretta Sticka. I, DONNA BLISS, will my hair dye, peroxide, and possibly my hair to Dixie Lollar and Ada Graham. I, PATTY DELMONICA, will my quiet ways to Sylvia Wilson and my brown eyes to Rose Pruninger. I, ARNOLD GEIGER, will my paper route to Larry Ward and my smiley ways to Dick Templin. I, RAMONA GREGER, will my letter writing ability and my trip to Missoula to Cecile Cameron and Helen Richards. I, LEONARD HARDING, will--leave, taking my bright shirts with me. Especially the pink and red one. I, GENE KOCH, will my casanova ways to Leonard Fichtner --Look out Kitsie! I, GEORGE KROLL, will my FFA Presidency and curly hair to Howard Schwend. I, GENEVIEVE LOLLAR, will my dry sense of humor to Mr. Gaudin and my horse. Strawberry, to the hot lunch room. I, BOB LOWMAN, will my bachelor days to Larry Williams and LaVerne Roth. I, MARY ELLEN OLSON, will my changeable character to Ann Hum- iston and my make-up ability to Shirley Premo. I, JEAN PARKER, will my flirting ability to Milly Stansbury and all my boyfriends, EXCEPT Dan, to Lita Cernohlavek. I, SHIRLENE PARKER, will an undisputed first chair in band to Bill Adams. I, HELEN SENN, will my trim figure to Andy Black and Leroy's old jalopy to Mike Thomas. I, BOB STICKA, will my basketball ability to Earl Carlson and Chuck Strobbe. I, MARY STIERT, will my cheer leading and dancing ability to Tom Wirtz and Dick Zier. I, PATSY TEMPLIN, will my ability to interfere in romances to Mary McDowell and Sharon Parker. I, DAN ZIER, will challange anybody to try and take anything of mine. To the Juniors we leave any old crepe paper we might have left over. To the Sophomores we leave our brains--not that they need them. To the Freshman boys we leave the Sophomore girls. To the Freshman girls we leave the Sophomore boys--see Mr. Cypher, girls, he can make on equal two. And to the relief of the faculty-we leave!
