Settun@lciAA 'Pio zbeccf The class of '55', besides being a versatile, in- telligent, handsome group, has shown tendencies to- ward fame and wonderlust in the ten years since graduation. According to Mrs. Wallace who recently returned from an extensive second honeymoon, the members of the class have varied careers; and are living in vari- ous sections of the country, although a few of them still remained in Bridger. First comes Joan, to Bill's delight, Floating down the isle, All dressed in white. Then comes printer, Eva Lou Who really has a mint, But some doubt, about what she really prints. Mighty Frank De Rudder Whom the Bridger girls used to chase, Is now slinging hash at his own little place. Beve Lehman with her boyfriends galore Is now an old maid Raising cats by the score. On through the dusty road of Cody They found Shirley Giest who weeps For instead of tending men, all she tends is sheep. And on to Salt Lake, and who should they meet, But Marjorie Lollar, the Sunday school teacher Who became engaged and married a preacher. Then to Hollywood, to visit movie makers They found Gus DeRudder As Digger, the friendly undertaker. Dear B. H. S. Underclassmen, Just a little note to tell you about our 4 years at B. H. S. It was not all play but quite a bit of work. We started in High School just as green as you were, but look how we turned out! You can do the same too, if you'll follow order in our footsteps. As we stepped on to the prison grounds, we were suddenly faced with a large group of uper-classmen who gently smeared us with cake color- ing of all colors and orders. Then we proceeded to make the B on the hillside. To us it was the biggest and best that was ever made. We chose for our class officers President, August DeRudder; Bev- erly L. was the Vice-President; and Doris Strobbe was elected Secre- tary-Treasurer. Our Class Advisor was Mr. Grobe. Dale Musegades and Leona Kroll dropped in on us while we weren't watching during this year. When we advanced to Sophomores we were called to accept Eva Lou Fields and Shirley Giest into our group. Frank DeRudder was elected President; Gearldine Christman-Vice-President; and Joyce Maie re- ceived the job of Secretary-Treasurer. Miss Mitchell received the hon- or of Advising the group this year. Then came our Junior Year which was filled with excitment. We ordered our class rings that year and had a big Junior-Senior Banquet. For officers that were chosen that year Marjorie Lollar, President; Dale Musegades, Vice-President; and Jerry Voight, Secretary-Treas- urer. The theme that year for our Prom was April in Paris. Mr. Cypher was in charge of the class this year. At last we have climbed to the top of the ladder. As Seniors, Wayne Zinnie was our President; Joan Hicks our Vice-President; and Beve Butkay our Secretary-Treasurer. Mrs. Wallace was our Class Advisor this year, as it was a big year in our lives. Our Senior Ball, Chapel in the Moonlight , was only one of the big highlights of this year. The play The Night Was Dark went over as a big success and the whole cast had fun of putting it on. Thermopolis was the center for our Sen- ior Excursion Day. We had s chicken Dinner and afterwards went swimming in the Mineral Springs. Our announcements had a B crest on them. The White Rose was the flower and our colors were pink and lavendar. Nothing is imposs- ible to a willing heart , was our class motto. As you can see this hasn't been a bit dull, now has it? So the best of luck to the underclassmen. We hope you have as much fun, and as much cooperation from the students and faculty as we have had. Sincerely yours, Senior Class
