Due to the shortage of paper and the small number ot publishing establishments, the job seemed almost impossible, but with the combining of the class motto and determination, we accomplished the greatest task put before us, The Sunnyhill oi '44 . CLASS WILL AS OUR FOUR YEARS OF HIGH SCHOOL COME TO A CLOSE, WE, THE CLASS OF 1944, BEING OF SOUND MIND AND BODY, DO HEREBY MAKE OUR LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT. Don Albasin's wizardly mind goes to next year's Einstein. Cecelia Andrasik and Ruth Bartella leave their blonde tresses to Margaret Serb and Evelyn Kovalick. Jim Anthony, Ludwig Hoge, Mable Huston, Bob Mitan, and Clarence Potter leave their positions in the band to Mr. Pingerhut. We hope he can find re- placements. To Austin lCasanoval Smith goes Wayne Anthony's and Bob Harmon's way with women . Angelo Antoniazzi and Kitty Brumback leave their absence excuses to Mr. Waldorf for future reference. Glenna Baker leaves her sweet ways to Helen Mesojedick. Walter Bartosek wills his long walk to the carline to his sister. Reta Beabout leaves Pop to future science classes so they can suffer. Joe Bella, Tom Costello, and Everett Griffith leave their ability to sleep in class to anyone able to get away with it. Harry Bertram, Louis Burkhardt, Edward Hoyo, George Imer, and Eugene Polivka will their quietness and shyness to the seventh graders. Virginia Betler, Evelyn Hain, Josephine Kowalski, Erma Majancsik, Frances Mil.elcic, Joyce Reese, and Betty Turner leave their typing ability to next year's twinkle-fingers. Irene Brumback, Walter Grover, Evelyn Kasper, James Klier, and George Rupp bequeath their good natured ways to Ruby Fankhauser, Betty Jo McCon- naughy, Eddie St. Johns, and Lois Jean Young. Bessie Budd bequeaths her gift of gab to Frances Brehm. Janice Chippe takes her vocal chords with her to use in her operatic career. So sorry. Irma Conrad gladly wills her history book to Mr. Campbell. Dorothy Coss leaves her faithfulness to the army to Betty Lou Meese. To Emma Rice goes Shirley Criswell's interest in the Navy. Richard Curnette reluctantly leaves his plans for gangsterization of the world, to Big George Thomas. Melvin Delbrugge, against his will, leaves Dorothy McNalley to be swallowed up by the Wolves of '45 .
