Duhigg was named to assume the literary advisership held last year hy Mrs, Alice Flanagan. Mr. Glendon R. Good and Miss Emma Magut were the new advisers of the Circulation and Advsrtising divisions. Three scoops for a nickel, was the sales line of the first numher which apf peared on October 24. Exclusive stories on the Sophomore Class elections, Year' hook editors, and the cast of the Senior play were featured. New columns were launched and new ideas incorporated hy an ainhitious staff headed hy Marie Flanagan as managing editor, Esther Brauner and Charlotte Shain news editors1 Florence Rapoport and Rose Sehnitzer feature editors: Rose Fleisher and Tom Murray sports editors. lne: Rievman and Evelyn Light were headline managers. At midfyear, Tom Murray, Charlotte Shain and Florence Rapoport resigned their positions to XVilli.un Alpern, Evelyn Light and lrene kl:iw'ii'ixwski, respectively.
