Junior Civitan, Junior Junior Civitan, Jr. has proved able to enrich the service program at Briarcliff-last year it sponsored the Miss Briarcliff contest. This club was instituted partially to ready its' members for its sister club, Junior Civitan. Junior Civitan, Jr. has shown the students and teachers that it is a worthwhile organization and fully capable of carrying out its responsibilities. It also willingly .performed less-known but equally important tasks for Briarcliff such as binding magazines for permanent file in the library and organizing our parking lot pro- gram. Honors go to the group this year for being chosen from among all the Key Clubs in the state to present the international theme and ob- jectives for Key Club International at the Georgia Convention. 'l .C 45 loo Q' 1,0 oe- 'WMP-Wx Chosen because of llier outstanding service, as well as her beauty and friendliness, Leslie Schmidt is the Key Club Sweetheart for 1962-63. She is also captain of the majorettes, and a member of the National Honor Society and the Beta Club. Leslie is indeed an asset to an already outstanding club.
