He must possess infinite patience, understanding, and a willingness to listen to the problems of his students. The SHIELD wishes to recognize such a teacher. He is an American Literature teacher of the highest caliber. As a trainer of bodies as well as minds, he coaches the B Team Wrestling and Baseball teams. This past year he sponsored the funior Civitan Club, the Rifle Club and co-sponsored the Senior Class. Many students have found that with his sympathetic understanding and capable counseling solutions appeared to problems which seemed insurmountable.
