He is one who has distinguished himself at Briarcliff High School. He is not only a devoted and enthusiastic teacher, but during his fourteen years at Briarcliff, he has also extended himself far beyond his classroom responsibilities by contributing his time and energy to numerous extracurricular activities such as cross country, the track team, the BCG and the Bulletin. Known to some as Coach )oe , this man is unforgettable for his funny bow ties and hush puppies, his trivia tests, Ergang, John Stewart Mill, and his A.V. equipment that never seems to work. We often forget to acknowledge those whose efforts we most appreciate. It is for this reason that the class of 1975 has chosen to dedicate its yearbook to a dedicated man, Joseph Kolman.
