'WPS Yuhasz, Julius Zeigler, Robert E F 'Rag Brow Richard KP G I SENIOR CLASS ACTIVITIES The latter part of September the Senior Class elected their slate of officers as follows President Rolan Larrlvey Vice President Rose Hewanietz Sec 6 Reporter Joy Ann Dasklewich Treasurer Mildred Rubeor Business Manager Veronica St John The first activity of the year was a Junior Q Senior Class party held October l in the school auditorium where dancing and refreshments were enjoyed On October 24 held the first dance of the school year which was most successful as we had an unusually large crowd The activity that occurred next and which took careful planning was the Senior Play 'Thin Ice, a three act comedy with the following cast Rose Howanletz, Sophie Kowalik, Paul Blankman Raymond Pugh, Rolan Larrivey, Caryl Satterly, Veronica St John, Dorothy Baker, Joy Ann Dasklewich, Everett Brazie, Leigh Freeman Jr., Benjamin Brown, Jane Hoch, and Mildred Rubeor. The play was ably directed by Mrs. Lois Bjork- man. we held another Senior Dance on January 16 with a good crowd in attendance, even though the weather was stormy. The biggest project of our Senior year which took several weeks in diligent pre- paration, was the assembling of this yearbook, The Kortenaerian. Mildred Rubeor, Editor in chief and her staff are to be congratulated on this fine book. June 27, 28, and 29 we will hold our graduation exercises and on June SO the Sen lor Ball. Later in the week we will leave on our Senior trip.
