During the spring semester they were heard again on the radio and contributed the music for our own Easter program. This team rlaved the 8th grade team, winning' by scores of 24-O and 18-12. They played the lOth grade for championship, losing by scores of 18-12 and 22-12. A great deal of interest and nfightu was shown in the Intra-mural games in basketball, as our teams were all very well matched. However, the lOth grade became the chamnions wigh scores as follows: against the Sth grade, L8-25, and with the 9th grade 24-22 and 34-QL. Bob Thou with 50 points and Roy Babajan with 32 points were high point men. We played two games, and won them both with scores of 21-7 and 21-18. The first time that these two teams met, the 9th grade was the winner with a score of 21-18. The next meeting the Sth grade definitely were non firen and they were the victors with a score of 24-17. As the last game of the series approached, no one dared venture an opinion as to which team would win, however had anyone asked a team member of either team, each would be certain that his narticular team would come out on top in 8 at h1lftime, in the scoring whistle. the scoring.
