Spanish Club Has Christmas Spanish Style Members of the Spanish Club had to be enrolled in Spanish I, Spanish ll, or have taken one of these courses in past years. ln December they kept up the tradi- tion by having a Christmas party to see the Spanish side of Christmas. They also supplied and decorated the school tree. Mr. Cy Rodgers was the sponsor of this club. The officers were Sharlynn Olney, president, Tim O'Malley, vice president, Angela lssack, secretary, Allen Phillips, treasurer, Betsy Evans and Tammy Ross, social chairmen. 1. Nothin' Much Days Some come to learn and others just to talk, but if you ask someone, What happened in English today? the answer will most likely be Nothing much. Yet, it is those nothing much days that make your classroom days memorable and worthwhile. It nothing much days are the type of days you have most often, then those are the days you'll want to remember. 2 1. Linda Schulz takes the title of the book seriously and laughs as she reads it. 3. Cheri O'MalIey, Deborah Flodenbeck, Libby Garnett, Cathy Tabor and Lauren Harrison discuss their strat- egy for the straw towers proiect which they must complete as an assignment in Mrs. Alfred's speech class.
