Students Pictured Behind the Scenes While some students spent their time sitting on a bench reading, others were busy giving a speech in front of class. Some spent their time helping others break into cars, while others watched photographers take their pictures. Many invested thcir time by sam- pling their own creations to see if they were fit for human consump- tion. The conservative people just sat in the library all day attempting to finish their assignments so they could run around all night and have a good time. 1. Journalism ll Uses New, Different Production Techniques The staff of the Brenhamite worked and produced a yearbook with a different look and style. Placing the class pictures along the side of the page, increasing the number of color pages, and changing the style of much of the copy were some of the changes instituted by the staff. The staff consisted of Paula Gregg, editor, Carol Sechelski, associate editor, Gary Averitt, student life editor, Devery Parker, academics editor, Duck Gas- kamp, sports editor, and James Linville, copy editor. Photographers were Ray Busby, Mark Whitehead, Sharon Campbell, and Russell LaRoe. The darkroom duties were assigned to Ray Busby and Russell LaRoe. Other staff members were Lorri Gaskamp, Jeron Wil- liams, Mike Busby, Daniel Romo, Thomas Roehling, Mark Gaskamp, Alan Hutson, and Roger Eilers. 2 1.
