Freshmen Break Existing Records With 15 Wins, 2 Losses The freshman team played more games than any other freshman team at Brenham and they broke an existing record with their 15 wins and two losses. They placed first in the Sealy Tournament and fourth in the District Tournament. Fr. Cub Tennis Team Wins Zone Meets The Cub Tennis Team finished the season with a 3-5-1 record in dual meets this year. ln the boys zone meets, Brenham won with 12 points. Don Prenzler won first place in Varsity singles. Mark Siemsglusz and Mike Cottingham won first place in boys doubles matches. Kelly McLendon won second place in varsity girls singles. Dee Boehm and Sharlyn Olney were defeated in the Quarter Finals by ASLM in girls doubles. The team was coached by Mrs. Sherrie Lampe. 1. Colleen Gacldy plays up close. 2. FRONT ROW: Kay Boehm, Renee Mueller, Colleen Gaddy, Susan Addicks, Kelly McLendon, Dee Boehm, and Lynn Landgraf.
