4 Try-Guts, Practice, Then the Show First there were the try-outs, then choos- ing of the cast, and then organizing of the crews before the Seniors could perform the play of Arsenic and Old Lace. There were many hours of hard work on behalf of the crew and cast before this favorite classic could hit the stage of Brenham High School. So if it wasn't for the behind the scenes work, this, or any play, maybe could not have been performed. 4 3

6 Senior Class Presents Arsenic and Old On March 9 and 10, the senior class presented their class play, Arsenic and Old Lace. The play told of the Brewster family and ot the many strange members ot the family. The play was directed by lVlr. Jim Austin and Mr. Prentice lVlearns. The student directors were Jennifer Hall and James Linville. Pam Dietz was the stage manager. The cast consisted ot Cheri O'lVlal- ley, Cathy Tabor, Lauren Harrison, Gary Averitt, Michael Hohlt, Zack l-leckmann, Duane Lueckemeyer, Jeff Janner, James Reue, Joe Garnett, Don Prenzler, Russell LaRoe, and James Linville.
