The Honor Society, as organized in 1935, is based on the five points of scholarship, leadership, loyalty, depend- ability, and character. A student must have an average of 90 or above in all subjects to be eligible and must show herself outstanding for the other four points. To remain in the Honor Soci- ety a member must maintain Honor Roll Grades. No girl has ever lost her membership in this organization, and it is a stimulus for continued and acceler- ated effort on the part of each member.
