STANDING: Morris Brown, Kirk Molebash, John Heckaman, and Chester Klingerman. When the final curtain fell on our Senior Play, Mother Is A Fresh- man , thejudges presented Merl Heckarnan with the Best Acting Trophy. Another highlight of the year was when the Senior Class and faculty chose Marjorie Wolfe to represent our school as D.A.R. Good Citizen. Morris Brownwas chosen to attend Hoosier Boys State and Maridee Balsley and Marjorie Wolfe were our representatives at Hoosier Girls State. I8

7442 '74 74a Sauna' We the class of 1956, being of sound mind, leave to our friends, classmates, and teachers the following, in hopes that they can find some use for them. Mr. Nierste, the easiest test he ever gave. Miss Irion, all of our nicely organized class meetings. Mr. Wilson, a new bus with a durable front end. Mrs. Molebash, two trigonometry classes next year. Miss Shively, all the books we have lost. Mr. McNew, the gray hairs he received from directing our Senior Play. Miss Pickard, the hope of getting enough money for new B-team cheerleaders uniforms. Miss Baker, several accompanists next year. Miss Tyler, a dictionary so her students can look up the 504 words she uses. Mr. Koontz, no more all female biology classes. Miss DeVoss, the money we owe for charged lunches. Mr. Replogle, another gum collecting box. Mrs. Hibner, some more beds for sick seniors . Mr. Luttrull, an honorary badge stating I gave the most detentions during the '55-'56 school year . Mr. Baird, a do-it-yourself chemistry kit. Mr. Vernon, another group of Senior Ag. boys just like this years'. Mr. Bunge, the hope that next year's team will have just as successful a season as this year's did. Good luck Coach! Mr. Tiede, a book of jokes to read to his seventh period study hall. Mr. Shively, a paper-picker-upper so he can keep the halls from becoming cluttered with our candy wrappers. Mr. Morland, all the packages and mail that the teachers forgot to pick up from his office. I, June Andrews, will my knack of making tickets for play, etc., to anyone who wants to get out of study halls. n I, Charlotte Baker, will my not-too-neat shorthand to Marylin Stuntz. I, Dean Balsley, will the job of popping corn for the basketball games to Mike Hershberger. I, Maridee Balsley, will my job as accompanist for choir to any one who wants it. I, Jack Berg, will the Bremen High School to all underclassmen. I, Glenn Bowen, will my height to Berry Pfefferly. I, Virginia Bowser, will my ability to have three different shades of hair in one year to anyone who is stupid enough to try it. I, Morris Brown, will nothing. I'm going to take it with me. I, Bob Candler, will not will Sally Oberly to anyone. I, Bill Carothers, will my wings to Jim Miller, so that he can fly over these prison walls. I, Patricia Coffel, will my slimness to over-weight underclassmen. I, Julie Craig, will my knack to do as little as possible in Miss Tyler's class to anyone who can get by with it. ' I, Patricia Crowel, will my ability to laugh and have fun to someone sophisticated. I, Carol Ellis, will my love for cheerleading to any Freshmanboy who gets kicked off the team. I, Donald Felten, will my false teeth to any football player who needs them. I, Bill Fisher, will my last minute surge of power in cross-country meets to Bob Whitlock. 20
