Flora: Alas, alack, ah, woe is me, l'm sad and lonely as can be Shene: Gone are those carefree days of yore At Bremen High at the northeast door. Together: How true. Flora: Ah, good old class of '50 l wonder if they're still so nifty Shene: Ah, no-those kids from the Atomic Age In history books will fill a page. Flora: Now, Lyle, tell me do Who has told these facts to you? Shene: Some friends of ours, Louis, Who are bringing us the dope on that class They've been around and know what to say Of the news about each lad and lass. Are billed as Flit, and Flat, and Flutter By dancing in a sister act They earn their bread and butter. What became of Miller's Phil Who charmed the girls so much? He's in the movies now because He has that-you know-Sinatra touch. And John Hans with his band? ln spite of all the groans and boo's He's put Woody Herman and his crew All back to shining boots and shoes. The wrestling champion of the world Will reign for years and years to come He's known as killer Rooney now But only Bill Jones to some. Where's that brunette we liked so well?
