Members of the physics class pose with their favorite charac- Hamming it up with some characters, ters before beginning their assignment. The Physics class decided to try their hand at figuring things that were a bit more fun; so off they went to Great America. While there, they measured accelerations, velocities, deceleration, heights, masses, rotations, etc. by scientific methods of actual observations of the conditions outside of the laboratory. Bremen Builds Better Bridges! The two Bremen Students involved in the I.T.T. Bridge Building Contest this year were Neal Caawwe and Todd Pagel. Neal’s bridge weighed less than one ounce and held 168 lbs. Todd's bridge weighed % of an ounce and held 180 lbs., which won a 4th place prize for Bremen. This contest was open to all science students in the area and we are very proud of our participants! 24

An Evening Of Induction. April 16th was a solemn, yet exciting evening for 29 of Bremen’s finest students, as they were inducted into the National Honor Society. The new members consisted of ambitious Juniors and Seniors who met the tough selection requirements. The ceremony was conducted by the NHS sponsor, Mr. Homer Hulfachor, and this year’s NHS Officers.
