Skiing Spies Gerry Kessler, Don Panek, Dale Shirey, Lori Kempton, and friend Clarence Krygrowski: Where are the Brakes for these Things?? enjoy the ski trip. Mr. Kempton: Now for the Bunny Hills.' This year's Science Club Ski Trips at Alpine Valley were fun for all. Here are some of the most memorable parts of the trips by a few of the people who went on them. Tracy Pagel (Soph.)- Falling down and getting a ride down to the ski patrol room in a toboggan.” Dale Shirey (Soph.)- I was showing Don Panek how to ski and he bent his ski pole and started getting mad.” Brian Glickley (Soph.)- I was trying to take a shortcut through one of the trails, and I slid and fell, and some people almost ran over Dave Eberhardt to Phil Combs: You’re going the WRONG way!!!! 22 Jim Mann to Ken Hartwig: This Ski lift is fun; do we have to go skiing?

Bremen Builds Better Bridges! The two Bremen Students involved in the I.T.T. Bridge Building Contest this year were Neal Caawwe and Todd Pagel. Neal’s bridge weighed less than one ounce and held 168 lbs. Todd's bridge weighed % of an ounce and held 180 lbs., which won a 4th place prize for Bremen. This contest was open to all science students in the area and we are very proud of our participants! 24
