Santa Js A %ig Success! On December 14, S.C.C. held their annual Santa Day. Children from neighboring preschools and kindergartens attended the festivities. Entertainment was provided by the Concert Choir. Games were played and goodies served throughout the party. Santa Claus, the guest of honor, came to hear the wishes of the children. Right-Refreshments for good little children. Far right-Julie llearne helping out with the games. Bclow-Stacee Lee and Sharee Sorrell enjoying the fun. Christmas Concert A Hit! Christmas would never be the same without the cheerful voices of the school chorus and the happy sounds of the flutes♦ horns and drums of the band. A lot of hard work was put into this year’s Christmas concert. E ery-one enjoyed the familiar tunes played by the band and sung by the choir. Both band and choir helped brighten up the Christmas spirit! Top Icft-Mr. Hollingsworth creates a work of art. Top right-The happy horns of Reginald Hughes and Patrick Cooper. Left-Soloist Timothy Scaner’s voice is in a class by itself. Right-Chuck Settles adds to the Christmas spirit with his solo. Bottom Icft-Shannon South. Timothy Scaner. and Todd Wayne and other choir members sing like pros. Bottom right-Lisa Vose plays a familiar tune.

Deck Zhe Doors With Christmas Spirit The Student Council held another outstanding Door Decorating Contest. Prizes and Cafeteria treats were awarded to the first three winners of the contest. Ms. Wahlberg’s fourth period class was the first place winner. Second place was Ms. Schmidt’s second period class, and Dr. Moore’s fourth period class took a respectable third. Left-An excellent job for a second place finish. Below-Frosty the Snowman, an artistic idea for the Christmas holidays. Below left-The true meaning of Christmas.
