Boosters Are Always There To Lend Support For Students’ Needs. One of the money making ideas that the Booster Club worked on this year was an auction. A request went out to the faculty and students to donate any items they felt might add to the interest of the auction. The original date of the auction had to be postponed because of the unusually harsh winter. It was rescheduled for the end of April and renewed effort went into gathering items and helpers for the event. Although the attendance wasn’t high, Auctioneer Jim Miller helped the Boosters raise close to $900. for Bremen. Sold to this man tor $7.50! Anyone give me 4? Much work went into not only cataloguing items, but also setting them out for display. 24 Booster Auction

Door Dec’s To add to the new events that have already taken place this year, Mr. Jones and Student Council organized a competition between the classes. Any class could compete just by decorating a door. First prize was a trophy. Second prize, the entire class was rewarded shakes, and third cookies. Almost the entire school competed and had a great time. Santa's elves watching the excitement. Marie and Tom Genovese dance the night away. Co-Presidents Len and Anne Feil distribute the door prizes. Booster Dinner Dance The Bremen Booster Club is an organization of parents lending a helping hand. Throughout the course of the school year, they hold fund raisers in an effort to raise money for different clubs, athletic teams, and organizations here at Bremen. One such fund raiser held this year was the Third Annual Booster Club Dinner Dance. It was held February 20, 1982 at Rosewood West. A total of seventy-six couples attended the dance. They dined and danced to the music of the Ed Danlin Band. Door prizes were donated by the local merchants and awarded to various couples. Other fund raisers held by the Booster Club this year for the benefit of the students were an Auction, Shop and Share days, and the selling of Entertainment ’82 books. All of the proceeds of each of these activities combined will be distributed to the clubs and organizations for next year. Marty and Bob Horn dance to Ed Danlin and his band.
