1965 Track Team Wins Individual Meets The 1965 Breckinridge Track Team, under the coaching of Mr. James Francis, had a very successful season. The tri-captains, Gary Peck, Bobby Burch, and Bill Whitlock, led the team in its victories over all the city individual track meets. In addition, they came in second place in the city tournament, losing by a single point. Bobby Burch scored a number of points forthe team and broke the record for low hurdles. Although no other records were broken, Gary Peck and BillWhitlock, Don Taylor, Andy Townsend and Bobby Burch were high scorers in the various events. ROW ONE QLeft to Rightl: G. Peck, B. Burch, B.
