DEDICATICN Pauline Town A person that the Huskies of Breckenridge High Schoolcan be proud of is Mrs. Pauline Town. Not only has she been the advisor for the Student Council, Huskie Howler staff, senior class and this Blue andGold annual, she has been director of both the junior and senior plays. To Mrs. Town we dedicate this 1955 annual in hopes that it will always remain a tribute to the hard work, and always helpful attitude that she has put forth in behalf of BHS for the seven years that she has taught here. She has won the respect and admiration of all who have known her. 3

A TRIBUTE TO THE HUSKIE Because the mascot of Breckenridge High School is the Huskie dog, the Annual Staff has decided that it would be appropriate to give their readers the picture of a year at Breckenridge High through the eyes of the Huskie. ln attempting to do this, the staff has found that the Huskie would see the teachers as masters, and the students as thoroughbreds. Learning to type, farm, cook, etc. would be training. The various clubs of the school could very Well be kennel clubs. Finally, the Huskie sees himself taking part in sports -,a champion, indeed! 2
