Seated at his desk is th busint ss manager ,lohn Lambm Jim Medelman Editor with his assistant Gary Hanson Credit Where Credit Is Due The annual staff this year had many obstacles which it had to overcome before this book was made pos sible. The staff as a whole were completely green to the business of putting out a yearbook. By collecting the knowledge they did know by experience and consul they learned the technic of publishing a yearbook. Jim Medelman took on the job of editor this year and he did what may be considered an excellent job. He came through when the going was tough and encouraged his staffto go on to completion. A yearbook is no better than its layout and this job was willingly taken over by Jeff Ferster in the steps of his brother Marshall former Mustang layout editor. Jeff worked hard and long to put this book together in its final form and our thanks can not be enough for his part well done. Tom Lawson,Harvey White, Bruce Kobs, John Mac Farlane, and Nelson Whyatt lent their writing abil- ities to producing the copy necessary. They did this often under the stress and strain of meeting that old devil, the deadline. The publishers of the book was the American Yearbook Company located in Owatonna, Minn. To the people there, the staff owes special thanks for their patience and understanding of our problems. John Miss did an excellent job as photographer as is shown throughout the book. The cover is by the American Yearbook Company also. The man behind the scenes was ofcourse Mr. L. R. Milburn the faculty advisor. Without his ability in the yearbook production business we would never have been able to make the grade. He inspired everyone on the staff to put the idea of excellence into their work and that is just what we have done. Much work and also much fun has been put into this book. Our only hope is that you enjoy it as much as we did in putting it out. The Staff 12
