Leading rebounder was joel Barnett, and Terry Standley was leading scorer. Coach Gerald Eddings' Sophomore team had a 2-10 record. Two of the top players were Rich Robinson and Ricky Morris. Robinson lead scoring and Da- vid Wright rebounding. The freshman boy basketball teams finished with a combined record of 22- 26 and 10-10 in district. The A team had a 17-11 record, winning district third place with 6-4. Eight of the losses were by three points or less. Leading scorer Dale Brannon had a game high of 30 points. Other top players were Doug Wilkerson and Mark Sayad. The B team was 5-16 and 4-6 in district. Leading scorer was Troy Mas singale .
