The freshman Sea Rov- ers finished their season with a perfect lO-O're- cord. The coaches were Shannon Spears and Gerald Eddings. The team worked out about two and a half hours after school daily during the week. Accord- ing to one team member the team is bound for even greater heights. Defensive end Mike Montana feels that they are going to win state in 1981. The Fresh- men Sea Robbers almost had a perfect season with a record of 9-1 . The Sea Robbers practiced at the same time as the Rovers The coaches were james Moore and David Middle- ton. The Sophomore Ban- dits finished their season 8-2 losing to Angleton and Spring Branch Memorial. Coaches were Jacky May- field and Gerald Loyd. w E The team improved much during the year, ac- cording to Coach May- field. The team practiced about three hours a day in first period and after school. The Junior Varsity Pirates finished their sea- son with a 7-2-1 record. They practiced about three hours a day.
