A- ti if ji F-, Many classes used the library including English and history classes in which major projects were research paper and re- ports . Librarians were Peggy Borchers, Pat Shaw, Willie Poe, Arnezer Preston, and Theresa Laughlin. One of these ladies was always in the library. They occasionally had prob- lems with people sneaking in at lunch and thefts with approxi- mately 300 books stolen from the shelves. Many students also did not put up the microfilm after.: using it. Aside from these problems the library ran smoothly. The library hours permitted students to study before school or in the afternoon.
