Choir Swings Through The Winds Of Change The Swing Choir consisted of eleven girls one boy and the di- rector Mr. Ed Fishburn. It was ex- tremely difficult for the only boy to sing loudly enough so he could blend with all of the other girls singing. The Swing Choir went on many field trips - some local and some out of town, They performed for the Senior Citizens Club Brawley Stockmans Club and for all the elementary schools. The highlight of the year was their trip to Es- ater to see a musical play per- formed by professionals. The C elegibility has gone into effect for Fine Arts classes which has made outside of class per- forming almost impossible. How- ever Mr. Fishburn believes his students will come through to re- build a strong and effective Swing Choir for the i988 school year. condido's Lawrence Welk The- 't in l Q1 1 ul l - 11 .- I A QQQU Sanchez.
