A.S.B. once again sponsored another suc- cessful annual blood drive and they really worked to get as many donors as possible to set a B.Ll.H.S. record, All of those who were able to give, and could muster up the courage, did so willingly. However. if there was ever an award to be given for bravery. this year's recipient would have been Frances Asmond. She felt the time and effort to give the needed blood was definitely worth the effort and says she will continue to give blood as long as she's alive and kickin'. All of the B.Ll H.S. officers did an out- standing job this year and always felt strong support from fellow students staff and administration. Congratulations for a job well done! f H1 K 'I'

I ASB: Leading Us Through The The B.U.H.S. Associated Student Body offie cers were very active in promoting school spirit through various activities during the '86 - '87 school year. Holding regular monthly meet- ings with the goal of getting more people involved proved to g be a successful formula for new and challenging activities. School spirit improved a lot and will con- tinue in an upward direction be- cause of the hard work of this year's officers and room repre- sentatives. New ideas were generated and put into re- ality through the efforts of many dedicated people. Under the direction of Student Ac- tivities Director, Dr. Glenn Sarot, and A.S.B. President .lay Boyd, our A.S.B. effected changes in events such as Homecoming and The Annual Leadership Confernce. The annual is going through a lot of changes. There are more color pages than ever before and because of the use of the pantone process these color pages are better looking. The Wild- cat is also changing because of a new banner and a top objective to present more interesting and newsworthy events and stories.
