.V. Volleyball: Learning Experienc The Junior Varsity Volleyball Team was very impressive this year and showed a lot of potential for years to come. The basis for a J.V. team is to familiarize girls with the game of volleyball and to have a good time. This year's team took this basis one step farther: they were very competitive, learned very quickly and by the end of the season were playing a consistent game of pass-setfhit. Starting hitters Adrienne Reyes, Tammy McKissik and Corina Singh were very successful this year, thanks to the good setting of Marisol Marin and Camille Smith. Extra hustle and talent were supplied by all the girls, but stan- douts were: Cynthia Vasquez, Sharon Spates, Lori Hoffe man and Lucy Garcia. All the girls, especially the bench, should be commended for their team spirit and support of the other team players.
