Taking the place of the Spring Homecoming the Spring Fling put on by ASB was quite a success. This year's Spring Fling theme was An All-Time Country Fairn. School clubs and organizations par- ticipated by setting up different booths which made money for their clubs. Title VII Improved English Speaking Skill The BUHS Title VII program attempts to turn non-English-speaking students into students able to function linguistically in any classroom on campus. The program is relatively individ- ualized, and lasts two years for those students who enter BUHS with no English skills at all. Students learn to speak, understand, read, and write English through a variety of methods. The director and part time teacher in the pro- gram is Mrs. Virginia Sandoval-Johnson, and the two teachers are Mr. Gerardo Ruiz and Mrs. Maria Grieve Cpart timel.
