Eunice Fleming, Frank Cooley, and Richard Fragale were preparing for a board meeting. The BUHS Board of Trustees has the legal responsibility to run the high school district, which includes Brawley Union High School and De- sert Valley High School. The mem- bers are elected by the voters of the high school district and serve three year terms. The student representa- tive is elected to his position by the ASB Council, serves one year, and casts a vote that does not count, but is recorded.
