— егей .... an { і i КИН iti 1 A Y Ug CU The 1972 Varsity Field Hockey Team, coached by Miss Jondro and co-captained by Vicki Leclaire and Sarah Dewitt, experienced a very successful season of four wins, two losses, and three tie games. A young Junior Varsity Team, co-captained by Pam Allen and Karen Tkaczyk, finished their sea- son with a 1-5-3 record. Under the coaching of Mrs. Minott, the team proved to be defensively strong, holding all their opponents to no more than three goals. 1972 On November 7, 8, and 9 the twentieth annual Variety Show was held in the BUHS auditorium. The director of the program was Mrs. Jan Long, while the technical advisor was Mr. Ken Sherk. Joe Hill acted as the very cordial Master of Ceremo- nies. There wasn’t a theme in this year’s show; instead it was divided into three segments: skits, dances, and musical sections. Highlights of the show were “The Green Mountain Boys” and the Varsity Cheerleaders, presenting their version of the 12 Days of Christmas. The show tumed out to be a great success and a very rewarding experience for everyone.
