Swim coach Miss Bogart commented, It was an ex- citing season with a flourish at the end with the WVAL finals hosted by Branhamf' Swimmers Carolyn Grasshof, Kerrie Conrardy, Renee Smith, and Jennifer Dyer, and divers Misty May, Kelly Craighead and Sally Lawler, were proven to be the leaders of the team. This great effort pushed both teams in- to 4th place and the varsity team into ending their season with a 16th place in CCS. Our singles star player was Tracy Falcinella. Tracy placed 3rd in league finals. Our doubles champs Karen Parsons and Dalise Wells also placed 3rd in league finals. - A proud coach, Mr. Stiles reflects on the season, We had a great group of girls who worked up to their full potential. They represented Branham with 'classf Cten' ish A game played by a group of girls in which they strike a small 137 ' ball back and forth with rackets over a net stretched across a court.
