BRANFORD HIGH SCHOOL J .V. GIRLS BASKETBALL WON 7- -LOST 5 Branford 28 Trenton 19 Branford 19 Oak Hall 31 Branford 28 Chiefland 32 Branford 49 Bronson 12 Branford 32 Mayo 16 Branford 38 Bronson 22 Branford 47 Trenton 50 Branford 24 Ft. White 26 Branford 35 Oak Hall 25 Branford 28 Mayo 22 Branford 40 Ft. White 46 Branford 26 Chiefland 28 COACH MICKEY DEMPSEY This year promised to be a win all year with so many veterans coming back to play. At times we played like veterans; at times we played like rookies. Tracie Daniels led the team in scoring and rebounding. Londa Sandlin led the defense and with help from Susan Bethune, Kay Sandlin, and many subs we managed to salvage a 7 and 5 season. This year marks the end of 3 years for most of the team. It has been fun coaching you through your ups and downs. We at least have had a winning season for the past three years and that accounts for your hard work and never giving up. To the ninth graders going up to varsity next year, I hate to see you go but age never stands still. Keep up the hard work and make Ms. Morgan proud of you as you have made me. To the mighty 4,1 wish you success next year, don’t fuss to much at the running you have to do. I will truly miss not having you on the team. You were always there with your attitudes, deter- mination and smiling faces. I still owe one of you something so watch out for me one of these days. To the remaining 6 and the new- comers see you next year. Eva Underwood, Shawna Barron. Melissa Driver, Karla Murphy, Susan Bethune. Londa Sandlin. Tracie Daniels. Kae Sandlin, Tammy Bracewell, Tonya Floyd. Holly Broome, Jennifer Sims, Angela Barnes
