After a 1-5 start, the team ended up winning 8 out of the last 13 games. Our senior captain, Kelli Murphy, and coxaptain. Shannon Fralick, did a good Job of leading a relatively young team. The girls played hard and their desire to win helped them in close victories over Mayo. Hawthorne, and Trenton. In the district tournament, the Lady Bucs pulled off a first round upset of the number three seed. Ocala St. John, and with a little luck could have upset the. number two team. Cedar Key. Kelli Murphy was the leading scorer and Shannon Fralick the leading rebounder.
