,«p BRANFORD MICH SCHOOL FOREWORD We, the 1978 Annual Staff, began with many new and original ideas for a book which you would be proud to own. Some of our ideas are now a reality, others were beyond our means. (NOTE: additional pages, rearrange- ment. variation backgrounds and types, new shapes and features, and pages 40 and 41.) We were able to accomplish this by additional advertising support. There were nearly twice as many businesses and persons who aided Bucca- neer finances this year. We hope we have captured the year's memories in pictures and writings for each of you. We, the Annual Staff, do hereby declare this — THE 1978 BUCCANEER. She taught us very much about her country and its culture. We all grew very close to Yolanda and became such good friends that we nicknamed her “Yolie.” We have beautiful memories of the year she spent with us and we’ll always remember her. Yolanda D.
