NEIL J. HAMSHER Academic As president of the Student Council, N il did more than his share of Opening Exercises; and oh! -- how he nated missing school for those State Conventions. At other times he demonstrated an outstand- ing ability for playing basketball, baseball, and breaking ankles. We are sure that his winning personality will lead him to success both at college and afterwards. ROBERT N. HEFFNER Industrial Arts Bob, our class flirt, was also one of the most sociable and friendly boys in our class. Long remembered for his participation and antics at class play practices, Bob ' s gregariousness often got him in trouble in P.O.D. Classes. An active member of the Glee Club and the Chorus, Bob plans to go into drafting or industrial arts after graduation. HEIST Rabbi was usually heard before he was seen, because of his loud, spreading laughter. It was no small wonder that Rabbi was often the butt of jokes in class. Who wouldn ' t be? -- with a nickname like that. Because Sheldon was such a good sport it was with affection that we called him Rabbi. WILLIAM C. GEHRINGER Bill seemed most at home when roaming the basketball court, guarding the soccer goal, or hanging around first base. Although he was president of the Varsity Club, sports weren ' t his only interest. He served successfully as Class President during both his Junior and Senior years. We are sure he will be just as successful in whatever career he enters. GEIGER Commercfal People with red hair are usually dubbed Red, and Jean was no exception. Although quiet in class, Jean ' s solid taps during volley- ball games were easily heard. Always willing to serve B.H.S., Jean participated in chorus and ushered at several school events. We are sure Jean will succeed as a file clerk. GOULDNER General Academic John enjoyed participating with his trumpet or voice in prac- tically every musical activity sponsored by the school. When not working at his auto mechanic job, driving and tinkering with his 51 ' 238 cu. in. Chevy took up most of his spare time. John ' s future plans are to work as a mechanic or automobile body man. Band 1,2,3,4; Dance Band 1,2,3,4; Chorus 3,4; Glee Club 3,4.

LEE HESS Vocational Agriculture Hessy, a hard working student, liked farming as can be seen by his membership in the F.F.A. He was always ready to laugh at a good joke, but he was also always ready to defend something and to argue about it. PATRICIA HUBERT Academic Although Pat was short, she was never at a loss for inches when it came to playing basketball. As one of the best girl athletes from Brandywine, Pat did her best to lead the team on to victory. Her musical ability was well displayed in both Band and Chorus. With her drive and smile we are sure Pat will succeed in what- ever she does. HINKLE Commercial Chickie, co-editor and a typist for the Tracer, could always be found talking in P.O.D. class, along with, none other than, Bob. This gym enthusiast, was a member of the Service Club and also belonged to the Chorus. We are sure this young lady will have no trouble in fulfilling her desire of becoming a private secretary to a good looking young execuin e.
