Truly these people are dedicated for neither rain, nor paper fights, nor record-breaking snows keep them from delivering their charges to these hallowed halls of learning. It takes a special individual to drive a school bus. 1. ICE. B ' Office Staff Mrs, Forsythe, I forgot my bus number. What do I do? . . . I came to school after second bell yesterday, Mrs. Delk, but I forgot to check in. What do I do? . . . Mrs. Gourley, I lost my fees receipt and my art teacher says I didn't pay. What do I do? Do these questions sound familiar? They should because they and other similar questions arise frequently in the daily bussle of Brandon life, and as quickly as these questions arise, our office staff answers them. These three ladies also assist the faculty and administration as well, dealing out supplies of chalk or typing attendance lists and letters in triplicate. Help sometimes comes . . . Assisting students is the job of most everyone at Brandon, but the guidance counselors and their secretary and the librarians are for- tunate because they work with the students on a one to one basis helping them to solve problems or make deci- sions. Whether the problem is deciding what classes to take next year, selecting the best resource for that history project, or getting those transfer papers ready to process our well-trained staff is here to offer per- sonalized service in examining alter- natives and determining a responsible course of action.
