Some of the many projects they took on this year were the United Fund Drive, the student exchange, leadership workshops, and Spirit Week. In addi- tion, they supervised the stuffing of stockings for the Salvation Army at Christmas, maintained a, calendar of activities in the cafeteria, and prepared a slide show about Brandon for the citywide SCA. Randy Sterling served as SCA sponsor. He was assisted by President Patti Points, Vice- President Cheri Wright, Treasurer Moncelsa Acedo, Secretary Cece Hightower, and HistorianfReporter Olivia Linkous. ., 1-'G'-. G Surf's u ! Han Ten! Sun's out! CLUB P 8 Let's go! The Surfing Club was form- ed to give interested students tips on buying boards and using them safely. Mr. Bell and Mrs. Linehan, club sponsors, were assisted by the club of- ficers in providing leadership. Paul Pimentil served as president, Danny Cameron as vice-president, David Gill as treasurer, Laurie Bosso as historianfreporter, and Jennifer Armstrong as secretary. Club ac- tivities included selling surfing t- shirts, going to surfing movies, surfing on weekends, and sponsoring an end- of-the-year party. ,,-,rl-, -J Is.. The Pep Club, advised by Mrs. Linehan and Miss Schatz fosters school spirit, encourages student support of school athletics, and assists the cheerleaders in boosting team morale. The Pep Club's activities include at- tending all athletic events and making gold Pep Club vests and hand-held shakers.
