P 'Q 4 if if Mr. Brick Jones has seen the Analytical t 12? 1 e Remember hen ln a year of counting our successes and rejoicing in our reputation as a fine school, we were fortunate to have among us a group who might have been called our historians . They were the teachers who had been at Brandon High School fifteen or twenty or more years and who could report firsthand on how things used to be and how they had changed. Among them were Mr. RC. Jones, Mrs. Clara Crabb, Mrs. Peggy Osborn, Mrs. Mercedes Her- nandez, Mrs. Carole Valdespino, and Mr. John Jelsovsky. Among the major changes the group had seen were the new school building and its addition, dou- ble sessions, the community's changing from rural to urban, the improved courses and course offerings, the growth from 35 teachers to over 190, and the huge growth of enrollment. All agreed on the same fine points of Brandon, such as, Brandon has the best teaching atmos- phere in the county, I love the commun- ity and the students, and I wouldn't have traded Brandon for any other school in the U.S.A.
