Seniors The students of Mr. Jim Sumner's Family Life classes found that there was much more to learn about at Brandon High School than the ordinary day-to-day book work learning. In Family Life, stu- dents studied the person, how to know themselves, dating, marriage, problems within the family and how to handle them, and how to manage money matters. The main objective of the class was to prepare students for life and to teach them how to cope with everyday things that would be encountered in everyday life, not only in their present lives, but in their future lives also. The significant foundation of this ever-so-popular and interesting was that situations were discussed not on a personal basis. One used for practicing this type of munication was the role playing Through these tactics, students that the more corrections that were in themselves and their lives, the type of person they would become The students who took part in Mr. ner's Family Life classes learned common, yet very important facts living, while at the same time, they enjoyed the class.
