While the boys ioin in doing cales- thenics, the -girls partake in less strenuous exercises. Aside trom exercises come basketball, volleyball, ping- pong, tumbling, baseball, and badminton. lvlany ot the sports in physical education can be played in later lite, and provide healthtul exercises with the tun and zest ot triendly competition. Each student has the privilege ot choosing games which require strenuous exercise, or those which demand only a minimum otettort. The program ot activity will enable the individual to choose the type ot athletics, games, and recreation in which he is most interested.
