They aim to unify the student activities of the high schools, to encourage cooperation and participation of students in the ideals and responsibilities of our democracy, to promote higher scholarship, character, service, and leadership, to discuss and recom- mend measures for the betterment of the schools, and to build better spirit in the schools. They cooperatively plan ways to strengthen and unify the student councils of the county. They invite leaders in the fields of education, industry, and social welfare to participate in their programs during the year.
