Douglas Worley wills his ability to torment girls and teachers to Earl Martin Coppage who already does pretty well at it. Ronnie Whitfield leaves his left field position on the softball dia- mond to John Cunningham. Watch all the high flies, John. To Linda Huffman, who really doesn't need them at all, Sandra Hayes leaves her freckle cream and cotton picking bonnet. To Otis Fay Lack, Charles Long leaves his intelligent teleohone con- versations with girls. Raymond Inman leaves his chewing gum to Jerry Alexander. Jerry, you will find it under the study hall table. Helen Clayton leaves her love for calisthenics in Physical Education to Mary Kaye Gill who is always right in there pitching. Gary Bruton wills his athletic ability and his mischievousness to Leon Geurian. He would also like to leave his cue stick to Curt Darnell. L. C. White wills his ability to get into trouble without doing any- thing and his ability to make girls swoon to Ethyle Johnson. Dollie Curtis leaves her ability to lose weight fast to Larry Green and her beautiful long hair to Doris Riggs who, by the way, is never seen in the beauty salon having her hair cut. Harvey Ray Gill wills his miraculous way of keeping his mouth shut to Sue Bryant. Jimmy George leaves his M.D. degree and his medical advice for hypo- chondriacs to Suzanne Lewis who will probably some day find use for this degree. Joe Van Olree leaves his scholastic standing to Charles Simmons and Billy Pirtle. Valerie Hayes would like to leave her jitterbugging ability and wise- cracks to Rubenia White. We hope Bean keeps things as lively as Val did. O'Neal McLemore leaves his height to Marian Shelton and his special driving ability to A. D. Baker. To Sue Bryant, Jean Landrum leaves her love for out-of-town boys. Walter Crain leaves his fondness for girls to Jerry Alexander. Mary Nell Tilmon wills her love for sports to Nancy Lemen. Cathryn Watkins leaves her love letters to Suzanne Lewis. Melba Stanfill leaves her love for Joes to Jo Re Coppage. Bonnie Ward wills her quiet ways to Dixie Smith. To the Junior Class, we will all our old books. Will you please erase all the pencil marks so we won't have to come back next year and pay our book fines. To the Seventh Grade, we leave Mr. James Arnold, who has a few more gray hairs now than he did before we came into his life. Seriously though, we wish to thank the entire faculty for their kind understanding and co-operation in seeing us through our high school years. 17
