This Annual has been presented thru the efforts of the Class of “72” Edited by Janet Rouns Continually pushed by Barby Malone The photographs in this annual were taken unlawfully, immorally, and against their will by: Allen Geof Jimmy 3 Our dedication Bert Because of his loyal service as janitor, bus driver, and friend to Brady High School and the Brady Commu- nity, we, the graduates of 1972, wish to dedicate our annual to Bert Paulsen. 4 Bert chats with the cokeman They cooked the food we ate, and cleaned the rooms in which we learned! 5 School board TOP: Chairman Harvey Wiekum, Vice-Chairman Argyle Bishop, Clerk Reba Donell, Donald Dyrud, Milo Dunn, Burk Baumann, Student Member Jack McLean. Mr. Comes at work studying one of his problems. Mr. Molenda hard at work. Because of their hard work all four years of their high school the rest of the members of the class of 1972, would like to honor Jim and Jack McLean in this years annual. We are sure that with their ability for achievement, that they'll go far. 8 You are our memories Reba, Cora, Mr. Morris, and Dick, The class of '72, would like to extend our thanks to YOU, for all the things that you've done for us as a group, and as individuals in your own very special ways, your memory will be with all of us. Twelve years of hard work paid off After three days of boating, fishing, horseback riding, swimming and hiking, the Seniors were ready to stay another three days. Terry Rubens leads the class of 1972, up to receive their diplomas. Jack McLean, Valedictorian, reminisces our last four years of high school. Mr. Clark Welch en- lightened the Seniors with a few' w’ords of wisdom. Hilary Petersen Senior Class President, has a few encour- aging words for future graduates. A very bright- ening talk was given by the Salutato- rian, Terry Rubens. Is it good-bye old world, or Hello new w'orld? President’s message Dear Friends, From talking with my classmates and with underclassmen, tw o main ideas have shown through. One is that the seniors realize that we have no more time to goof off and wish that we could repeat the last four years, and second, I can see the underclassmen going through the same doing nothing about anything” period that most of us wish we could have avoided, or at least not taken three years to go through. This time period has proven to be the most painful part of my last three years. Underclass- men, please give a little thought about yourself and your dreams and work for them. Parents and teachers, I ask you to help these kids get a decent start on life. Please have patience and don't cut off their pleas for help. 15 Motto - “Hope lies in our generation” Colors - Purple and Silver President - Hilary Petersen Vice-Pres - Geof Zimbelman Secretary - Terry Rubens Representatives - Hilary Petersen, Brad Dunn, and Geof Zimbelman Richard Glaze (picture unavailable) JUNIORS Larry Banka Marilyn Batchelor Don Campbell Betty Copenhaver Barb Donnell Duane Dyrnd Kim Johnson, Student C Kevin Keller Wendy Morris Toni Perry, Secretary Debbie Petersen Susan Petersen Linda Olson Joel Rouns, President Audrey Rubens Richard Sangray Gary StyTen, Vice Pres.
