CLASS HISTORY Seventeen freshmen entered Brady High School in the fall of 1960. Of these, eight had attended the eighth grade together at Brady. They were Sherry Stinson, Hazel Britton, David Wesley, Mike Otness, Dennis Petersen, Dianne Petersen, Kay Fagan, and Judy Hodgson. Carl Kaun, Butch Goodrich, Kenny Boggs, Dennis Muck, and Joe McLean came from the Knees area, and June Fladstol and Roberta Morhardt came from the Faris School. Terry Sloan and Roy Fladstol also entered with us. The main event of the year, initiation, was endured but not enjoyed. Our Sophomore year, Joe Wells, a transfer from Portland, Oregon, joined us. We enjoyed initiation this year, as we became its sponsors. Our Junior year saw Lavada Mannen and Marge Hager transfer from Conrad. Barry Barrington also joined us. Terry Sloan and Barry Barrington left us in the middle of the year, the first to join the service and the latter to go to work as a mechanic. Dennis Muck transferred to Shelby. Joe Wells and Roy Fladstol had left at the end of our Sophomore year. The Junior mothers and the Juniors honored the Seniors at the Junior-Senior Banquet and a Junior-Senior Prom with the theme Moonlight and Roses. Sixteen looked forward to graduation from Brady High School at the beginning of the 1963- 64 school year. However June Fladstol traded a graduation robe for a wedding gown, and Marge Hager transferred back to Conrad. Of the fourteen left we all looked forward to the day when we would be on our own. We are: Kenny Boggs, Hazel Britton, Kay Fagan, Butch Goodrich, Judy Hodgson, Carl Kaun, Lavada Mannen, Joe McLean, Roberta Morhardt, Mike Otness, Dennis Petersen, Dianne Petersen, Sherry Stinson, and David Wesley.
