glam Warne Nine green freshmen, swathed in gunny sacks, entered the halls of Brady Hi in the fall of '49. They were as follows, Leah Oien, Beverly Matthys, Delories Mumm, Jack Stenjhem, Patsy Robinson, Ioan Tempel, Leonard Mumm, Gordon Bueling, and Loretta Freeman. - In our Sophomore year, Marilyn Turnquist joined us from Columbia Falls, Montana. Leonard Mumm quit in the spring of the year to devote full time to his farm. In our Junior year we felt we had lost something. . . Yes---we had lost three more members of the class. Ioan Tempel moved to Burlington, Washington, Patsy Robinson left for Conrad, Montana, and Loretta Freeman joined the Senior Class to graduate in three years. AH, Seniors at last ! ! ! Our class roll was again diminished, this time it left but four girls. The class officers, Leah Oien, President: Beverly Matthys, Vice President, Delories Mumm, Secretary, and Marilyn Turnquist, Class representive. As we march down the Halls of Brady Hi for the last time on May 20, 1953 our hearts are filled with tears of both sorrow and joy for we can not help think of the times we've had in Brady Hi, but we are also thinking of the future and what it holds for us. 65444 7066! We, the Senior Class of 1953, in four individual and distinct parts, being about to pass out of the sphere of education, with full- possessed and crammed minds, with a well trained memory and superhuman understanding will make and publish this, our last will and testament. We, the Senior Class, will our way with the teachers to the Junior Class. We will our ability to get Mr. Fowler off on a tangent to the Sophomore Class and may they pro- fit by it. We will all the fun and devilment of our high school nights and our bad study hall habits to the Freshmen. To the future Freshmen we will our ability to survive through all four years of High School. We will our ability to be different to the Junior Class. We also will them our desks Qmay they not be too crowdedj. We will all the used gum, gum wrappers, funny books, and love magazines to anyone who wants to waste time. We will our ability to cook to the four bachelor teachers and may they live long. Beverly Matthys leaves her ability to argue with the teachers to anyone who wants to take the risk. Marilyn Turnquist bequeaths her height to Joan Crane and may she profit by it. QMore than Marilyn didj Delories Mumm wills her ability to skip school to Avis Stockstad and may she do it more secretly than Delories did. Leah Oien wills her first period nap to anyone who had trouble getting in early the night before. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Senior Class of 1953, to this last will and testament, hereunto set their hands and seal this 28th day of May, A. D. 1953. Signed and declared the last will of the Class of 153 by the Senior Class of '53, in the presence of all members. LOOK AT ME IN '63 Ten years have gone by since the Halls of Brady Hi has last seen the Class of '53. Beverly seems to be doing quite well as head bookkeeper at Macy's of New York. Between keeping her staff in line and attending cocktail parties about town she's quite a busy young woman. Delories has just started work as secretary to the new ambassador to France. Reports are al- ready coming in from gay Parie, it seems she's driving the frenchmen wild. We wish Delories all the luck on her new job. Marilyn reveals that she is now private nurse to Mario Lanza who has laryngitis. She seems very thrilled even though he can't sing to her. Leah has just been promoted to buyer for Lord 8: Taylor. She says her first trip will be to Paris visiting the wholesalers there. She also plans to visit her old classmate Delories Mumm.
