Homecoming is always a special time at Bradley and the 1983 Homecoming celebration was bigger and better than ever. Homecoming is run by the Activi- ties Council and in the past few years the Steering Committee has been trying to make Homecoming a larger campus event. This year's coordinator was Deb- bie Picchi and she worked hard all year long to make Homecoming a campus wide event. On Wednesday the Homecoming events began with a Happy Hour from 4- 7 at the Lucky Lady. On Thursday Game- fest was held with the Activities Council team winning first place. On Friday a Pep Rally was held for the Basketball game against Drake on Saturday afternoon. The Homecoming game was one of the most exciting games of the year. Bradley beat Drake by a score of 56-52. On that evening the Homecoming Dance was held at the Continental Regency in Peoria and over 600 students attended. The music was provided by Rodewald sound and Lighting and everyone had a great time. All in All, whether you were attending a private party, participating in an event or observing the antics the Homecoming Celebration of 1983 was one of the best with its theme Let the Good Times Roll, which everyone did.
